About Tails R Wagging...

At Tails R Wagging we aim to bring personalised service to the pets and pet lovers of the world. We first opened our doors in May 2007 with a retail shop and grooming spa in Balmain. We originally chose Balmain to setup as we knew the locals are amongst the most dog friendly people in Australia and we just love being a part of the community. Soon after Balmain we opened our second premises in Rozelle.

Both locations offer a wide varierty of pet care services including a superior selection of pet pampering products, premium pet foods and all natural treats through to dog grooming, pet-sitting, house sitting, dog walking, pet feeding and veterinarian services. Also our Rozelle location has a purpose built doggy day care facility; open Monday – Friday every week. Spaces are limited and filling fast.

Pet Owners

Not only are we owners but we are customers and pet lovers ourselves. Like us, our customers are dog lovers who will buy a coat to keep the dog warm, a raincoat to keep him dry, toys to amuse him (and save furniture), treats to reward him and Super Premium Pet Food to nourish him.

Our Products

We sell products that have a purpose and are practical. We sell the top of the range in all our product ranges which we source from all over the world. We try products ourselves and if they don't come up to scratch we don't sell them. Our vet nurses advice customers how to take care of their dogs, our groomers keep their coats looking great and provide advice to customers on any skin or ear problems.

The Digital Age

While the relationship between pets and pet lovers generally remains the same, we understand the world changes around us. Embracing this, Tails R Wagging has webcams at our Doggy day care facilities, so using our website, owners whose dogs attend can see what their dog is up too at anytime during the day (note: you will need a password for this).

If you are interested in getting a new puppy we also make the process easy with the use of more webcams allowing you to see our puppies at play, at rest, at almost any time of the day.

Lastly, with the introduction of our new website and online shoping facility we hope to bring more of our love for pets and our terrific range of Australian and International products to customers all over the world.
