In May 2007 we opened our first store in the heart of Balmain, otherwise known as 'dog city' because of the large number of pampered pets in the area. It’s a new concept store and is nothing like anything else in Australia. Our customers love coming into the store as it’s a real experience.

We offer a full grooming service from some of Australia’s award winning groomers. Our premium pet foods together with our home made ranges are proving to be so popular that we’re increasing the quantities we prepare every week. We also have a large selection of organic treats, toys, beds, collars, leads, coats, medications, in fact, just about everything you need for your 4 legged friend.

If you don’t live locally and can’t get to the shop please keep checking back on our website because we’ll be continually adding new products and we’d love to hear your feedback suggestions. Our resident vet nurse is always happy to help if you have any questions about the food or medications that we stock.
