Tails R Wagging does not share, sell or trade with third parties your Personal Information or other specific details about you. When you purchase products from our website, we will collect your name, address, email address, telephone number(s) and credit card information (with the expiration date). In addition, we collect transaction information related to your purchase (such as what you bought, the price you paid, the payment method you used and if the product was on sale). You are not able to "store" your credit card information on our site, thus it must be re-entered for every purchase.
Shipping Information
NOTE: At this time, we DO NOT ship internationally
IN STOCK merchandise normally ships within 24-48 hours after the order is placed.
OUT OF STOCK merchandise (BACKORDERS) usually ships 7-10 days after the order is placed.
If items are backordered for more than 10 days, Tails R Wagging will notify you the customer via e-mail with an expected ship date.
Tails R Wagging uses United Parcel Service (UPS) for all shipments. Orders will be shipped according to the shipping option selected by the customer. We WILL NOT ship to P.O. Boxes!
UPS Ground: 1-7 business days anywhere within the Australia.
UPS Second Day Air: 2 business days within Australia.
UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day within the Australia.
Some items are shipped directly from our vendors. Allow additional time for delivery.
Taxes
Tails R Wagging is required by law to collect 10% sales tax for all orders.

Order Cancellation Policies
Orders may be cancelled anytime prior to shipping by email to info@tailsrwagging.com. Please provide the order number provided with your order confirmation and reason for cancellation.
Return Policies
We will be glad to return/exchange or refund your order within 7 days of the delivery date. Before returning an item, please be familiar with the following restrictions:
1. The item must be unused
2. Tags still attached
3. Original packaging material
4. Completely resalable. (Some items are not returnable. See below for additional terms on specific items)
CHOICES
Exchange: you may return the item for another in stock item (free shipping offer on the item you initially purchased does not apply to the item that it is being exchanged for).
Refund: You may return the item for an immediate credit back to your credit card, less a 10% restocking fee. *If you purchased your item on a "free shipping" offer, or your order included multiple items to reach free shipping, the shipping cost will also be subtracted from your refund.
Clothing
Please completely understand that we cannot accept returned worn, used, washed, and/or soiled clothing/merchandise. Soiled would include but not be limited to, hair and makeup products, and odors that smell like smoke, incense, your pet, candles, etc.
Footwear
No returns on worn and/or used footwear. If trying them on for fit and size, please do this inside and on carpet if possible. Tails R Wagging cannot accept returns where the sole shows any sign of being worn. We won't accept returns where the original manufacturer's box was used to ship back. If a return is necessary please use the box that they came to you in to ship back. At times, we are shipped damaged manufacturer's boxes and we will notify you before shipping them and not hold you responsible if a return is necessary based on a damaged manufacturer's box.
Returning a package
Before returning a package, simply email returns@tennisltd.net and request a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted 5 days after a return authorization is given. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number on the outside of the box. No returns will be accepted with a C.O.D. Attached. Customer is responsible for all return freight charges.

Please include the packing slip with your return and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable form of shipping and insure the package for its full value. COD'S are not accepted. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit back to Tails R Wagging.
Warranties
